Returns Policy

 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (Opened and Tested Products)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Essens perfumes and beauty products.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund, no questions asked.  This guarantee applies even if the product has been opened and tested.

Conditions for 30-Day Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Hygiene Considerations: While we accept returns on opened and tested products, we kindly ask that you ensure the product is returned in a reasonably clean and sanitary condition.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is returned in an unsanitary state.  This is to protect the health and safety of our staff and other customers.
  • Only individual products can be returned, not the entire order (unless the entire order is being returned).
  • Products purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
  • This guarantee does not apply to products bought within a promotion (unless the promotion specifically states otherwise).
  • This guarantee does not apply to Essens Keto products.

How to Make a 30-Day Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@essens.co.uk to initiate the return process.
  2. Include a copy of your invoice and a cover letter stating the reason for the return.
  3. Return the product to the address stated below. Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a credit note for the value of the returned product.
  • The corresponding financial value of the returned product will be paid via bank transfer, cash, or returned to your credit card, depending on your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. 
  • Points will be deducted at 100% of the point value of the returned product on the date the credit note is issued.

     

90-Day Money Back Guarantee (Unused Products in Original Packaging)

We also offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all unused Essens products, provided they are returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

Conditions for 90-Day Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 90 days of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original, undamaged packaging and without any signs of usage.
  • Only individual products can be returned, not the entire order (unless the entire order is unused and unopened).
  • Products purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
  • This guarantee does not apply to products bought within a promotion (unless the promotion specifically states otherwise).
  • This guarantee does not apply to Essens Keto products.

How to Make a 90-Day Return:

Statutory Warranty Period (24 Months)

Essens Club members are entitled to a 24-month warranty period for defects occurring on Essens products.  This warranty begins the day after you receive the goods.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@essens.co.uk to initiate the claim process.
  2. Include a copy of your invoice and a cover letter with a short, clear description of the defect.
  3. Return the product to the address stated below.  Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted.

Warranty Claim Process:

  • Claims are handled promptly, with a legal deadline of 30 calendar days for settlement.
  • You will be informed of the claim result in writing, usually by email.
  • If the claim is accepted, you are entitled to a refund of the costs associated with the claim.

Incomplete Parcels

If your parcel is missing products listed on the invoice, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of receipt) at info@essens.co.uk with the following information:

  • A short, clear description of the missing products.
  • The actual weight of the parcel.
  • Photo documentation of the entire package.
  • A copy of the invoice.

We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
