To get you off to a great start from 1st May 2025, new distribtuors can take part in a new bonus incentive and earn up to £510 additional income on top of retail profit and standard commission bonuses.

Month 1
Achieve 6%(400 points)  on the Essens marketing plan* with a minimum of £/€15 in standard bonus commission and Essens will gve you an additional bonus with another £/€15
Month 2
Achieve 9% (1200 points) on the Essens marketing plan* with a minimum of £/€70 and again Essens will give you an additional bonus of £/70.
Month 3
Achieve 12% (2400 points) on the Essens marketing Plan* with minimum commissions of £/€140 and Essens will give you an additional £/€140
Month 4
Achieve 17% (4000 points) on the Essens Marketing Plan* with minimum commissions of £430 and Essens will pay you an addtional £/€285

Bonuses are NOT cummulative. i.e. if you achieved 12% in month 2 you would not receive the bonus for 9%, you would only receive the 12% bonus. 

In Month 1, if you reach the 17% level (4000 points)  with standard commission of £/€430 you will receive a bonus of £/€430 up front but this is NOT payable additionally. 

*the Essens marketing plan is also known as the Essens Compensation plan.  It is the structure of how you earn money with Essens. A full explanation of points and the plan are given below.

Every Essens member has the option to sponsor other Essens distributors and build a team and this is the way to build a lucrative, regular passive income.  You do not have to register separately, there is no additional fee and you do not have to sponsor a minimum number to earn.  Every single person you sponsor counts. To earn commission bonuses from your team sales, you only obligation is to place a minimum personal order of 20 points each month. There does have to be a gap between the level you are on and the level the member(s) you have sponsored are on. So the more people you sponsor the bigger that gap will be and the more you will earn. 

In addition to the commission bonus based on your own sales as mentioned above, you will earn a percentage bonus of your team members points.

How it works

Each team members points, including your own,  are added together on the last day of the month (at 11pm), and the resulting total forms your 'Group Points'.  Your group points determine the level of bonus YOU receive on your own sales points. 

100 points = 3%

400 points = 6%

1200 points = 9%

2400 points = 12%

4000 points = 17%

6000 points = 20%

10000 points = 25%

15000 points = 28%

So if you had sold 100 points of products and your team (including you) had collectively sold 4000 points worth across the month.  You would earn an additional 17% of your own 100 points, i.e. £17 extra on top of your retail profit and cashback.

In addition, you would also earn the difference between your own percentage level and the percentage level your team members have achieved, based on the points value of their sales. 

Example: Let's say you have 10 members in your team.  

You, personally, sell 100 points worth of products during the calendar month. Each of your team members sells 400 points worth of products in the same month.  That takes total group points to 4,100 putting you at the 17% bonus level.

Each of your team members has achieved 400 points putting them at the 6% bonus level based  on their own points. 

You would earn 17% of your own points, as mentioned above, plus you would earn 11% (the difference between your 17% level and their 6% level, 17%-6%=11%) from each of your team members points. 400 x 11% = £44.  There are 10 members on your team so 10 x £44 is an additional £440. 

Total bonus commission on top of retail profit and cashback,  in this example = £457

At this level you would also qualify for the car programme and an all expenses paid 5* holiday if you meet the additional criteria.

At higher levels with more team members you can earn life-changing amounts of money.
